Michael proved to be a fantastic MC for our recent three day conference in Melbourne. A good MC does just enough to make sure the conference participants stay focused, energized and interested whilst avoiding being the centre of attention themselves. Michael struck that balance to perfection. I was particularly impressed by the genuine interest he took in our business. He recapped the sessions clearly and concisely and even asked some pertinent questions in the Q&A sessions to keep the momentum of the sessions going. He was happy to seek guidance and directions from us when timing got off track whilst at the same time displaying initiative on many of the smaller issues which inevitably come up during the conference.
