Jessica Braithwaite is a Nine Network presenter, musician and travel reporter. She presents for prime time news, The Today Show and Afternoon Chatroom, and has performed at the Big Day out, The Ashes and Tour Down Under. Jessica’s first solo release Feel This Way debuted in the top 200 iTunes Australia chart in 2020.
In 2018, jessica was invited to record in Hollywood with music producer Stuart Brawley (Michael Jackson, Cher, The Rolling Stones). Jessica has since signed to Origin Music, home of Australian acts including Gotye, Megan Washington and Lior.
Before Nine, Jessica was a national Sky News weather presenter and entertainment reporter for Network Ten. A keen traveller, Jessica has also reported for Flight Centre, Australian Traveller and Tiger Air magazines.
Jessica has taught music to children in South Africa and is a Save The Children ambassador. She is mum to one non-stop toddler named Donovan, so please forgive her if she has dishevelled hair, or mushed Weet-Bix on her top.
Jessica grew up in Mount Gambier and spent her childhood chasing rabbits in the neighbour’s paddock and whizzing down hills on her big brother’s home made go-kart.
