Victoria is a multiple award-winning financial adviser, helping thousands of people change their relationship with money. She is a young, influential and driven entrepreneur who pushes the boundaries in not just the finance industry but in a number of charities and nonprofit organisations.

Founder and host of She’s on the Money, a chart-topping personal finance podcast for millennial women, Victoria is passionate about empowering women to make smart money decisions. After one season in production, She’s on the Money has quickly become a progressive online community of more than 80,000 women, a podcast with more than 2 million downloads and a financial education platform empowering women with the tools and confidence they need to change their financial situations.

Victoria is also the Director and Co-Founder of Zella, a thriving financial advice, accounting and finance broking practice in Melbourne, Australia.

Victoria was recently a finalist in the 2019 AFA Rising Star of the Year award and the 2019 Consultum Rising Star of the Year Award, was nominated for the Pro-Bono of the Year and the Innovator of the Year award for the Women in Financial Services Awards 2019, and was recently named as one of the top 50 most influential Financial Advisers in Australia through the Financial Standard.

With an impressive pedigree and a down to earth approach to money matters, Victoria has been a guest speaker at events and featured in publications such as; Business Chicks 9 to Thrive, ABC News, Finder.com, RMIT Future of Financial Planning, AFA Panel, Mamamia, Elle Magazine, Yahoo Finance and many more.
