Tia-Clair Toomey is an Australian elite athlete, widely recognized as one of the most dominant and versatile competitors in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting history. Born on July 22, 1993, Queensland. Toomey has become an eight-time Fittest Woman on Earth (2017-2025, besides 2023 when she took a year off to have her daughter), earning her place as the most dominant CrossFit athlete of all time.
Before her rise in CrossFit, Toomey represented Australia in Olympic weightlifting at the 2016 Rio Olympics and also competed in the 2018 Commonwealth Games, where she won a gold medal in the 58 kg category. She also qualified Australia a bobsled for the 2022 Winter Olympics as a brakeman. Her athletic career is marked by her relentless drive, mental toughness, and unmatched consistency across strength, endurance, and skill-based disciplines.
