Hi Shelly,

I wanted to thank you on behalf of the entire team for a truly amazing two days.

I took away things that I feel will help me so much in both my professional and importantly personal life going forward. For this, I’m so grateful to you.

I have had so much positive feedback from team members already.

Dev and I had our most honest conversation ever (after 8 years working together), sitting next to each other on the plane trip home. We are already becoming a higher-performing team.

Can’t wait for round two!!

Cheers,

– Christian Millett

Shelly, thank you so much for the inspiring Leading Teams workshop that you delivered for this year’s Appetite for Excellence Young Waiter & Restaurateur finalists! Your infectious enthusiasm paired with your extensive hospitality experience delivered an invaluable team & leadership skills session that resonated with everyone.

Even though they are all at varying different stages of their career development, each and every one of them commented on how much they gained from it and how much it will assist in their individual career & personal growth. In addition, the judges also found the session really insightful and helpful in the judging process. Thank you for your support of Appetite for Excellence and investing in the future of Australia’s hospitality industry.
