Michael Hing is a comedian, broadcaster, actor, improviser and podcaster. He is known for his time behind the desk as a host on Network Ten’s The Project, and Celebrity Letters & Numbers (SBS). Michael is also a former host of triple j’s Drive Show as one half of Hobba & Hing. In 2025, he was invited to host the coveted Melbourne International Comedy Festival Opening Night Comedy Alstars Supershow.
As a fixture of the stand-up comedy scene, Michael has performed at home and abroad, being hand-picked to open for Marc Maron on his Australian tour. He also studied improv at UCB in Los Angeles and New York.
With years of experience on stage and in front a microphone, it’s no wonder Michael’s quickly become a highly sort after corporate MC and Comedian working with a variety of large scale organisations across the country.
