Lilian is a Kenyan born Australian with a rich cross-cultural experience in Australia spanning over two decades. She has discovered significant barriers and opportunities in Australia in the areas of diversity, equality, equity and inclusion.

As a result, she is passionate about flipping the narrative that diversity is not only an ethical or social decision, but an economic one.

Lilian has always been inspired by understanding human drive. She holds a postgraduate diploma in psychology from the University of Wollongong and is a qualified counsellor, trained at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She has had more than 14 years’ experience working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. During this time, Lilian has leveraged her cultural heritage to serve a diverse client portfolio including government, insurers, medical specialists and an international speaking community.

There is no denying that the world has changed in ways that were unimaginable less than a decade ago. Through global pandemics, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and climate change, it has become evident that boundaries are beginning to dissolve. The one golden thread that unites us is our humanity

So, what does this mean for the success as an individual and your organisations in the 21st century? This very question drives Lilian Kikuvi who has been focused on decoding the intersection between diversity and the role it plays in propelling an individual and organisations into a future that supercharges the power of inclusivity.

Lilian launched her consultancy with a focus on bridging the gap between the role of organisational diversity today and the possibilities for what it could look like tomorrow.

Lilian takes a considered, methodical and intersectional approach, which is supported to by research, to unearth and harness the gifts on offer in diversity and inclusion. This holistic approach challenges what is considered diverse is not always obvious, and more often than not, it is hidden or yet to emerge.

Along with her consultancy, Lilian is professional speaker and facilitator with a focus on decoding diversity and helping individuals and leaders to connect with the power of inclusivity. Consequently, helping them value what makes us different when unified, is what makes us stronger. As a speaker and facilitator, Lilian is poised, refined, knowledgeable, and she walks her talk.

As a member of Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON), Lilian believes that systematic and sustainable change can only happen when people collaborate.?Harambee? is a word in her native language that represents this important collaborative process. This Harambee spirit has led to her strategic partnership with ?Future Crunch, a think tank made of unlike minds on a mission to foster intelligent and optimistic thinking.

Lilian is also an advisor of Culturally Diverse Women and a consultant associate of MindTribes. Their objective is to optimize cultural diversity and inclusion across individuals and businesses.

Lilian is also a coach for the Speakers Institute, a global training institution that helps leaders to master communication for influence.
