“Most people who want to change the world wait until they’re ready. I wasn’t ready.”
In 2018, Glenn lost a close friend to suicide. At the same time, he was confronting his own battles with body dysmorphia. It broke something open in him, and he refused to let it close again without doing something that mattered. He felt a calling he couldn’t ignore. To create a platform where people could share their stories without shame, without judgment, without stigma.
So Glenn left his fitness career. He took construction night shifts to pay the bills. Every other waking hour he spent teaching himself Marketing, Public Relations, Producing, Campaign Management and Networking, entirely from scratch. No network. No media connections. No funding. Just obsessive execution driven by a purpose far greater than himself.
What started as a personal photography project became the Imperfectly Perfect Campaign, a global advocacy movement Glenn founded and self-funded. 500+ voices. Hollywood actors. Fortune 500 leaders. Olympic athletes. 12 million+ media impressions. Every piece of coverage, every stage, every connection came from his vision, strategy, and relentless execution.
Building that movement taught Glenn exactly how to transform vision into global authority. How to secure international media. How to build influence that opens doors before you knock. That expertise is now what he brings to the leaders, artists, and organisations he works with through his speaking, books, and consulting.
