Aaron Williams is a passionate & entertaining speaker & trainer with over 20 years of experience presenting & hosting both live & web-based event.

Aaron Williams AMHSW is CEO and Co-Founder of Mindstar, a leading national wellbeing and mental health organisation. With a passionate and light-hearted approach, Aaron uses story-telling, and his clinical insight as a mental health professional, to teach audiences about resilience, rediscovering joy and living a more balanced “mentally healthy” life.

Drawing on his own journey that has stretched from the corporate world, to backpacking across South America as well as working as a mental health clinician in hospital emergency departments, Aaron shares his own life-changing experience of recovery and hope following a period of grief and depression in 2003 following the tragic death of a young mate.

This mix of corporate, clinical and life-experience allows Aaron to explore the “Why, How & What” of wellbeing in a unique and highly engaging way.

Known for his passionate, authentic, entertaining approach, Aaron uses a balance of light-hearted story-telling and clinical insight to show how every one of us can build our resilience, rediscover real joy and gratitude and live a more balanced and “mentally healthy” life – both at work and at home.

Combining his clinical mental health background and corporate experience, Aaron’s mission is to crush the stigma associated with seeking support – and to give people the knowledge, inspiration and tools to focus on, improve and maintain their wellbeing.
