Aaron Williams AMHSW is CEO and Co-Founder of Mindstar, a leading national wellbeing and mental health organisation. With a passionate and light-hearted approach, Aaron uses story-telling, and his clinical insight as a mental health professional, to teach audiences about resilience, rediscovering joy and living a more balanced “mentally healthy” life.
Drawing on his own journey that has stretched from the corporate world, to backpacking across South America as well as working as a mental health clinician in hospital emergency departments, Aaron shares his own life-changing experience of recovery and hope following a period of grief and depression in 2003 following the tragic death of a young mate.
This mix of corporate, clinical and life-experience allows Aaron to explore the “Why, How & What” of wellbeing in a unique and highly engaging way.
