** Must be eligible to work in Australia**
Who we are:
We are a boutique speakers bureau on a mission to redefine how Australian corporates gather. Now more than ever, intentional connection matters—and at Inspire Speakers, we take pride in doing things differently.
Since launching in 2014, our small, nimble team has been obsessed with connecting clients with world-class talent and delivering unmatched service.
OUR VALUES:
Creative: We know we need to bring the ideas
Diligent: We put in the hard yards for you – every time
Plain-Speaking: No jargon – just honest, friendly conversations
Flexible: Sometimes things change – we deal with it!
Responsive: You call us, we’re there.
The Role:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Client & Executive Support Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of the business.
In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Company Director—taking care of critical administrative, client coordination, marketing and operational tasks so he can focus on building high-value industry partnerships. Crucially, you will also help drive business growth by managing our marketing campaigns, keeping our audience engaged with newsletters, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Director & Operations Support: Handle scheduling, client follow-ups, contract generation, and administrative workflows to free up executive bandwidth.
Sales Enablement & Growth: Assist in triaging inbound client briefs, preparing speaker proposals, following up on open quotes, and identifying re-engagement opportunities with existing clients.
Client & Talent Coordination: Serve as a responsive, warm point of contact for clients and speakers—managing logistics, travel arrangements, and event briefs with absolute precision.
CRM & Website Management: Maintain clean records in our CRM, track sales opportunities, and ensure no deal or detail falls through the cracks. Manage website content.
Marketing & Campaign Execution: Design, write, and dispatch our email newsletters; create social media and promotional assets (using tools like Canva); and execute marketing campaigns highlighting featured speakers and industry trends.
Who you are:
A Executive Enabler: You anticipate needs, take initiative, and love taking ownership of tasks to make a Director’s life easier.
Sales-Minded & Commercial: You understand basic sales strategy, know how to nurture client leads, and possess strong commercial instincts.
An Exceptional Communicator: You possess top-tier written and verbal communication skills with immaculate attention to detail.
Self-Directed & Accountable: You thrive working remotely with minimal supervision, manage competing deadlines easily, and do what you say you’ll do.
A Creative Problem-Solver: You think on your feet, troubleshoot challenges proactively, and find clever solutions under tight event timelines
Creative & Marketing-Minded: You know how to design engaging digital assets, write clean copy for newsletters, and present information visually.
What’s in it for you:
• The opportunity to establish your career in an exciting industry and to be directly mentored by a highly regarded industry professional
• Commitment to wellbeing and work life balance
• Safe workplace for ideas & collaboration
• Work from home
• Flexibility (Afterall it’s one of our values!)
